A Look Back at February!

My half marathon training plan is going great! I have run two long runs of 13.1 on two Saturdays this month. The half is two weeks from this Saturday and I have two long runs left on the schedule. I have been adding in some interval runs and speed work. I have reduced my time 30 minutes from my first half 3 years ago. I am also 20 pounds lighter than I was 3 years ago so that helps. I am holding my weight steady, within 3 pounds, and I don't think I will lose any more before the half marathon! These longer runs make me really hungry!
