A New Way to Stay on Track

Anyone using MyFitness Pal? It's an app that tracks food and exercise. The thing that's cool about it is that it has a barcode scanner. If you have the packaging you can just scan an item and it's added to your food diary. It makes it so easy to track on the go!
My coworkers shared it with and many of us are using it.
My husband and I both used it on vacation and it kept us honest! We did have some days over our calorie range but I feel that we did better with it.
There is also a website that you can use to track as well. It syncs with Fitbit but I haven't figured out how it does it calculations because I always feel that it does give me enough calories burned for some of the activities.
