A Bit of Inspiration

I went searching for a bit of inspiration today and I thought I would share a few of the ones that caught my eye!
Very good advice that I am attempting to follow.
Taking the time to find the joy and fun in life will help make my outlook on life more positive, with less room for negative thoughts. This is a must!
The view from the top (aka the goal) will be so wonderful! And it will feel SO GOOD to know how far I have come! I will keep on walking this journey!
I did walk another six miles today! Weather has started to cool down a bit, and even though the sun was shining it was very windy!
I've done pretty well with the nutrition today, too! Only had one pre-dinner snack and a serving of mini-marshmallows for dessert. I've already got in my 8 glasses for today, so I will be working on extra before I quit for the night.
During February I started at 162.8 lbs and today I was 159.2 lbs. I lost 3.6 lbs, but they were very slow coming off. I feel like I kept hovering and floating up to and around 162 lbs. I'm hoping that this week's official weigh in will keep that under-160 lbs number. I'll be doing my best to behave myself in reguards to snacking to help that number along!
