30 Day Challenge PART III starts MARCH 1, 2013!

I am so excited for the next 30 Day challenge and we have 20 participants ( including myself) and I am so happy that they are from ALL OVER THE GLOBE!

Today I shared a guest blog to help get us into the WHY of exercise! Last week I attended a "Heart Health" talk by Dr. Yasmin Kelton and she agreed to write a short blog for me to post on why exercise is so important in reducing risks of heart disease and Stroke.

    Hi Mel - I've decided to substitute counting calories by watching my carb and sodium intake, to avoid obsession.

I am eating as clean as possible and will focus on avoiding all forms of chocolate this month - if it's in the house, I inhale it!

  I weighed but still have to measure and do 15 min of exercise.

    did upper body weights! with dumbells and stuck with my no sugar, no wheat , no soft drinks, no alcohol, and only had one latte.
