After 119.2 lbs lost, I still have areas visible on my body that need work. After biking up to 10 kilometers, walking 14 kilometers, swimming for 2 hours a session, zumba for 4-5 sessions a week, up to 1 hr on the elliptical and many more exercises, I should look like Wonderwoman, lol!
With 33.8 left to lose, I am finding that I need to focus on how far I have come and continue to do tough workouts and low nutrition. If I focus on how far I have to go, I get discouraged.
A couple nights ago, my husband was critiquing my body and I really felt like, "Geez, after 119.2 lbs lost and all the exercise I have done, I am disappointed in many parts of my body." But I had to take the criticism with a grain of salt because I have dropped 16 clothes sizes and all that weight. I am fit, can walk for 4 hours straight without stopping. I have spent 50 days in ONEderland, after 5 years of being higher than 200 and even 300 as I progressed on the scale.
I have a lot to be proud of and with time and my hard work, I won't have anything to worry about.
