That pretty much sums up my week! I have been feeling sooooooooooo hungry and sooooooooooo tired this week. I could blame Flo but I don't think she's due for awhile. All I want to do is stuff my face and take a nap!
Today, all morning, I couldn't think of anything besides Triscuits and hummus (well, okay, I was also thinking about a deep-fried Oreo cheesecake but that's because my BFF and I were having fun coming up with ridiculous food ideas, LOL) Anyway, at lunch I went out to the store (cravings usually win over tiredness) and got some Triscuits and a little tub of hummus. And I proceeded to eat... most of them. This is a perfect example of how I typically do things- I tend to crave food that a serving of would be acceptably healthy, and then just vastly overdo it.
I am guessing I am extra hungry because I am tired. But I don't know why. I have been falling asleep around 8 this week and sleeping like a log... like seriously, I haven't even been turning over or anything... until 5.
I told my mom how tired I feel and she had some very helpful advice like always.
Me: I feel really tired lately and I don't know why.
Mom: You should go to the doctor and get blood work done! Maybe you have bulimia!
Me: You mean anemia?
Mom: Yeah, that's what I said.
