MoTiVaTeD: Endless Possibilities

My morning WI went better than planned.....I lost the exact same amount I gained last week 5.4 lbs!

This week was a lot better with me staying focus. Going back to basics really helped and I'm going to try another week to see where it takes me.



As I sit here and type tears are falling because my love for running may have to stop. This past Sunday I was running while my son rode his bike. He came to a complete stop and needed a push so I gave him a push and at that time I didn't think anything of it but this entire week my right foot/leg has been hurting. It doesn't really hurt when I'm running once I get going. It's a different story when I'm sitting and driving. I have to get this checked out but until then......
Even though I may not be getting in a lot of cardio I'm going to stick to my points and use the material and tools that I have to stay in the fight.
