Week 17 day 3

Exercise has been better today, nutrition good, but getting on the scales this morning was a real shock. 5 lbs gain!!!! Then I realised I hadn't waited for the 30 mins Withings recommend you should wait before weighing after waking up. I tried again 30 mins later and the 5 lbs were gone along with 0.2 lbs. Not great for 5 days hard work, but at least not a gain.
I didn't get to the gym this morning as I had unexpected work to do, but I got in a walk in the evening after I finished. Tomorrow's another day, and hopefully I will get there tomorrow.
