Well being in Present Time can be easier said then done. But it's not impossible. It's possible, yes it is possible. The trick is to notice when your not in the moment and what to do about it.
There is a saying that if your are experience depression you are living in the past and if you are experiencing anxiety you are living in the future.
Driving backwards is a tool you can use to keep you in the moment. Since your past is all said and done and your future is yet to be determined, you can still move forward and have your future at your back.
Take a moment and close your eyes, take a deep breath and let it go. Repeat 3 times then imagine your past is in front of you and your future is at your back. It's as if you're driving a car turned around. The rear end is in front of your and the front end is behind you. Take another deep breath and notice how you feel? Have you noticed any changes? How does your body feel?
Take a moment each day to practice this tool and enjoy being in the moment
