And it's Thursday already.. How?

Well, we spent Monday and Tuesday with m-i-l and came home Tuesday evening. Watched some of our shows.
Weds. we walked to library and over town to the malls... I got 6 more books at the library and I better get started on the book club book for next WEd. I already finished one of the books and did some more knitting as we caught up with Corrie Street last nite and watched another Strong Medicine.

Ate junk and paid the price for it. We were both sick all nite. So, didn't get to sleep till after 7am, and woke at 9am to cancel an appt and tried to sleep till almost noon. Too tired to do much today... guess I'll just have to read. So much for deciding we need to eat better, took a frozen chicken lasagna out for supper. gotta get serious here again..

    You can make better choices easier if you have a PLAN for how to deal with them. The trick is that when one situation comes up - plan for THAT when it comes up the NEXT time, and keep tweaking and planning as each new situation tries to make you stumble. YOU are smarter than the temptations - you just have to figure ways to sneak around them. Yesterday is over and most of today - start fresh tomorrow and it will even be a whole new MONTH. YOU CAN DO IT.
