I ate 1,275 calories yesterday and plan to have 1,285 today. I'm trying a new technique until the end of March. I'm restricting but not working out. I was eating 1,200 calories and working out 45-90 minutes every day but the weight wouldn't budge. I then increased the calories to 1,400 but that didn't create any loss either. I'm cutting back to between 1,200 to 1,350. My goal is one pound a week until September. I really hope my body is hearing me. One pound a week, body!
