Well I did okay here this past month. I lost 3.8 pounds this month. Now onto March.
This past month has been harder. I have given in and ate a bunch of stuff I should not of. Fast food is my downfall. When I do eat it I notice I feel awful a little bit after. I think my body has gotten used to not having all that fat, salt, greasy food so when I eat it doesn't agree with me. I hope to keep losing in the month of March. I hope to get moving. I still have not been exercising. I know this is something I need to work on this Month.
