I'll do it tomorrow . . . . .
I can't believe we're alrelady 2 months into 2013 ! ! ! ! It only proves that time marches on whether we're engaged with it or not.
I've been doing my version of maintenance for 2 months now and I've learned a lot about myself. Even though my weight hasn't varied more than a couple pounds, my habits sure have become lax.
This morning I caught myself grabbing a pretzel on the way to the front door. I wasn't hungry. It was just there. . . . and I stuck it in my mouth before I even realized it.
Also, I've been eyeballing my food rather than measuring it.
Plus, I've sluffed off on getting my exercises. Oh, I'll catch up with it tomorrow. And we all know that tomorrow never comes.
Well, today is that TOMORROW that never seems to get here!!!
I'm gonna challenge myself to get back to it and stick with the rules for the Month of March.
