I'll do it tomorrow . . . . .

I can't believe we're alrelady 2 months into 2013 ! ! ! ! It only proves that time marches on whether we're engaged with it or not.

I've been doing my version of maintenance for 2 months now and I've learned a lot about myself. Even though my weight hasn't varied more than a couple pounds, my habits sure have become lax.

This morning I caught myself grabbing a pretzel on the way to the front door. I wasn't hungry. It was just there. . . . and I stuck it in my mouth before I even realized it.

Also, I've been eyeballing my food rather than measuring it.

Plus, I've sluffed off on getting my exercises. Oh, I'll catch up with it tomorrow. And we all know that tomorrow never comes.

Well, today is that TOMORROW that never seems to get here!!!

I'm gonna challenge myself to get back to it and stick with the rules for the Month of March.

Wanna join me? If so, I'll post my game plan (specific goals) in tomorrow's blog.

    I am glad you are recognizing the areas of weakness and making changes. Since you are in maintenance, one of the things you mentioned is not a weakness. Eyeballing the amount is merely a way of training yourself to determine proper proportions and is a very helpful skill if you eat out. What I did to learn where my mistakes where was to eyeball the portion then measure my eyeballed portion to see if I was correct. I kept doing this till I was correct most of the time. Every once in a while I will remeasure to make sure I have not slipped backwards. Although I love challenges, I currently have so much on my to-do plate that I am moving projects off it, I have even had to move one of my 3 books back one year and I love writing. But I will follow your success.
