Update on me:
I did stick to my calorie range (high end) yesterday despite fighting fatigue all day. That makes 2 good days in a row, after 2 that weren't so good. Slept well last night. I really appreciate how important sleep is when I've missed it! Did my 6th personal training session today plus a half hour on elliptical with resistence and incline. I'm feeling great now!! I weighed 128.8 this morning. I'm hoping that some of it is still sodium and that I'll be down another pound tomorrow or the next day. We'll see. I'm so close -- and yet so far-- from my goal weight of 126. I'm going to get there!!!

    Sorry about the lack of sleep, something I am very familiar with. It can really throw you off your game! Way to go with the workouts! 6th personal training session! Wow! does this mean you are doing it regularly for the near future? You are finding it very helpful, taking you to the next level to reduce your body fat and drop those stubborn last pounds that concern you so? That is great if its been just what you were looking for!

    Right over there to cheer on BOROBABE. You inspired me, Beck coach, and I'm sure you're going to inspire her too!!

Good work with your nutrition focus . . . I've had a couple days that weren't as disciplined as I need to be (went out to Chinese place for lunch, very unusual, and focused on the veggies . . . but still salty!!).

Tomorrow's gonna be better!

    Not getting enough sleep will cause ghrelin levels to rise....making you hungry especially for carbs to give you energy.
