Update on me:
I did stick to my calorie range (high end) yesterday despite fighting fatigue all day. That makes 2 good days in a row, after 2 that weren't so good. Slept well last night. I really appreciate how important sleep is when I've missed it! Did my 6th personal training session today plus a half hour on elliptical with resistence and incline. I'm feeling great now!! I weighed 128.8 this morning. I'm hoping that some of it is still sodium and that I'll be down another pound tomorrow or the next day. We'll see. I'm so close -- and yet so far-- from my goal weight of 126. I'm going to get there!!!
