It's not officially my weigh in day, but I got excited this morning and did it anyway :) Looks like I'm down another 2 pounds!
As much as I hate doing it, tracking my food intake is definitely helping. I resisted doing it for so long, but it's really helpful -- especially on the days where I feel like I've overindulged because it helps me know when I need to stop, or when it's okay to have a little more
Anyway, so far I'm down 6lbs from when I started only a few weeks ago. So I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing - I feel great!
