I'm starting to suspect that my calorie range is too low. Three times this week, I have eaten above my range, and I lost a pound.
I have checked and rechecked my recommendations from SP. I have adjusted my activity. I have checked with other websites. ONE of those other websites said I need to be eating between 1500 and 1800 calories. SP says over and over that I need 1200 and 1550.
I've been told by fellow Sparkers that it's because my "goals are aggressive."
*Shrug*
So, I eat 1200-1550, trusting the great SP computer. I lose a pound. Then I have a week where I eat 1500-1800 on a few days...and I lose a pound.
I shouldn't complain. If I can eat a little more and still see progress, then I should be happy. I should enjoy those calories.
My plan is to try to stick to the 1200-1550, but if I have a day or two where I miss the mark, I won't beat myself up about it.
