28 day challenge

I started the 28 day challenge on Tuesday. So far, I'm loving it! The action plan given for the first week includes adding a "before" photo to your Spark page and setting goals of what I hope to get out of the challenge.

I posted a "before" picture. Not an easy thing to do. I really don't like pictures! But it will be fun to see my changes. I have to stay positive about it.

I've also set goals for the next month. Ultimately I want to get down to a healthy weight. But for the next month, I am working towards fitness. I've been doing cardio with my hubby for the the past couple of months. Loving it! I'm hoping to add strength and endurance training to my week.

So let's see where I am in a month. Looking forward to being healthier and a bit more fit!
