Let me start off by saying this, Oi, Hola I have returned!! Lol. I took a break from sparkpeople then created a new page last year because I totally forgot about this one.
During the past four years I have started my own personal training company, I have performed with my samba troupe all over D.C., M.D. and Va and we performed for the president (psst don't tell but um Michelle can't shake it lol). I have met every goal set for myself and now my family and I live in Texas. Killeen, Texas that is and to be exact, Fort Hood.
So far it is ok. Boring as heck and not many people here are really into working out unless it's Zumba, ugh.
One great thing has happened...........I'm pregnant!!! This will be our fourth child! I am four months now but I feel like I'm full term. This pregnancy has had my body going through so many changes. Before we got pregnant, I weighed 152 at 16% body fat. Now I am 160 but all my clothes are too small!! I believe it is because I lost so much muscle. My boobs are huge women are asking where did I go to get them done, my butt shrunk and my legs look like they belong to Olive oil from the cartoon Popeye!!!
My diet has changed from being a super carnivore to vegetarian. Meat stinks and lettuce, broccoli and tomatoes are like amazing to me. This pregnancy is so different than my previous three and I am so ready for this baby to come out so I can tickle him or her for having my body flip out lol.
I still workout. I work three body parts three times a week and dance Samba afterwards for 30 minutes. I find that with me continuing on with a workout, my mood is always great. I still feel sexy.and confident even with the duck walk and I look forward to whatever the day may bring.
