I was struggling to come up with an excercise game because I don't watch the same shows all the time so thanks to CATMOMMA6 for this idea! It's a commercial challenge.

For Every------ Do:
Car Commercial------ Jog in place until commercial ends

Fashion/shopping------- 30 crunches

Jewelery------- 20 squats/lunges

Travel------- Plank for whole thing

health/beauty------- 20 hip raises

food/restaurant------- 30 jumping jacks

movie trailer------- 30 russian twists

fo a tv show------- 40 high knees

PSA------- 10 leg lifts on each side

fitness------- you choose

misc------- water break
