First ...this is totally random so I apologize :)
Many of you know I purchased a HRM a couple mos ago and most recently I got some body fat calipers.....according to them I am still in an unhealthy body fat grouping...and that REALLY annoys the crap out of me......Sparks numbers are not even CLOSE to anything I've tried to compare to and I know they are just GENERALIZED on this site..I know..but for those who only have access to spark.....it's quite misleading...........either that or everything I'm trying is wrong.
In other news...doing turbo fire..LOVE IT. It is by far the best program I've done thus far. It is intense..it is fun and you can FEEL it working. My ABS are sore and I just worked out 20 mins ago...they will be sore for days....I look fitter..already...I love it. Now If i can just get my eating issues under control a bit more.... I'm making my own version of shakeology....with just green smoothies....I did order shakeology yesterday because I'm sick of asking questions I just wanna try for myself them I'll know either way if it's a crock of poo or it does something useful for my health.
Does anyone else out there have bunions? any shoes you find (to work out in) that work REALLY WELL?
