I have Osteonecrosis -Dead Bone & knee issues. I've been dealing with this since August. Told I need a Knee Replacement but I also have back issues. I am working on making my lower back better. I have started getting shots in the lower back for sciatic pain (goes down the leg).
I am trying to lose weight so that all of these issues will be easier to deal with. My husband is also working on losing weight.
What exercises can I try to do, since I can't stand, walk or sit for long periods of time? Any suggestions are appreciated!
