Had a lunch challenge yesterday. My meal selection was not the best, fish and chips, but I planned for it. I ate a healthy, but lighter breakfast and same for dinner so that the day was not totally lost. I did go looking for some dessert after dinner. Turns out hubby finished it. Craving passed--I opted for an orange and some grapes instead. Yippee, finally seem to be getting this.
