A couple of weeks ago I decided to go to a monthly weigh in, specifically that I would weigh in on the last day of every month. My goal is to lose 7 lbs a month.
1/31 - 213.2
2/28 - 206.2
Change : -7 Exactly!
Right on target! WooHoo! If I can lose 7 lbs in my crazy March, it would put me back in the 100s. Hopefully that will keep me motivated during all my travels.
My scale also measure body fat percentage, water percentage, muscle percentage and bone percentage. I am a little dubious of these numbers, but here they are:
