Monthly weigh-in

A couple of weeks ago I decided to go to a monthly weigh in, specifically that I would weigh in on the last day of every month. My goal is to lose 7 lbs a month.

1/31 - 213.2
2/28 - 206.2
Change : -7 Exactly!

Right on target! WooHoo! If I can lose 7 lbs in my crazy March, it would put me back in the 100s. Hopefully that will keep me motivated during all my travels.

My scale also measure body fat percentage, water percentage, muscle percentage and bone percentage. I am a little dubious of these numbers, but here they are:

Body fat percentage
1/31: 34.9
2/28: 33.2

Muscle percentage
1/31: 31.4
2/28: 32.4

Water percentage:
1/31: 49.1
2/28: 50.5

Bone percentage:
1/31: 3.3
2/28: 3.4

I will have a better day today. (I woke up repeating this in my head.)

    Awesome stats girl. My scales do the same thing but really I only look at weight. I sometimes will glance down to see the other. you got this. and your so so close to onederland I just know your going to succeed.
