I hope all is well in your world, my friends! As for me, I'm holding steady! Yep! My weight remained exactly the same this week! My initial reaction? Well, I was a bit shocked & disappointed & then angry! And the women weighing me in at Weight Watcher's says to me, she says... "well, you can just add a little more exercise!" What?!!
More exercise????!!! Uh, NO! I think NOT!
What I do think though, is that I need to take a look at what I'm eating. Not that I'm eating anything that's wrong, cause I'm not. But I know I've gone over my carbs just about everyday this past week. It's because of all the fruits & veggies I'm eating! And I've gone over on my proteins too most days. I've been hitting the mark most days on the fats & calories have remained around 1500 most days.
Okay, so I'm going to adjust what I'm eating & attend to staying in range most days! I'll continue the exercise just as, thank you very much!
And I'm moving on!!!
Things coming up for me... (insert stress here!)
-I've volunteered for a bunch of things coming up at St. Matthews House & the Y
-I've got my daughter visiting in a couple of weeks! (no stress, just fun & love!)
-I'm moving the end of March (to a bigger & better place in Naples!)
-We're hunting for a new car.... (I HATE car shopping!)
Oh, & I'm also gonna be running a 5K in May...in Cincinnati, OH, no less!
And I'm doing it with a Spark Buddy friend of mine, COMPUCATHY!!! Oh, I'm very excited & I've already begun to train!!! I say...
