February Results

This month, I guess, was fabulous! I dunno. I had a rough week. I think my rough week was my body's way of revolting plus me slacking a bit. Gained a ten pounder and then lost it PLUS some. I've never been under 240 in the last few years. I wonder if it's my body's way of revolting and saying, "I'm sick of this crazy stuff. I want to eat a ton of stuff." I past the hump and going strong. I'm a few pounds from my 10% goal. I never reached my 10% goal last year. Although I stopped exercising and started bellydancing. I signed up for a six week class. I still can't get regular with activity. And this month is ending with my shoulder hurting a lot. I lost four inches around my body. I guess the lack of inches lost is cause of lack of exercise?

    I echo everything the other commenters have said! Your chart looks amazing overall. And winter does crummy things to our cravings and activity. I had reservations beginning SP just before holidays/winter, but decided, "hey, if I can get through then, I will know I can persevere for the long-haul!"

You getting excited for the upcoming festival?!!! I didn't realize tickets would be so much. It's still up in the air for me. I bet you'll have a blast with all the kiddos!

    Charts are great motivators! Yours look great! Glad you are measuring too as the scale isn't always a reliable reporter of progress. Our bodies do play tricks on us and we get hit with that week of cravings occasionally. Persevere! It will pass and hanging on to your goals is worth it! Congratulations on Feb.!
