When I started (again) this journey to a healthier lifestyle, I told myself I'd record my food. I know that I do much better when I am consistent in recording what I eat. And I don't mean weighing and measuring. It's more like general servings and foods, like PB&J for lunch, or fish and salad for supper. If I have to get too finely detailed, I'll quit.
But this time around I've missed nearly every day. I blame it on being busy or stressed out at work, but I know that's an excuse. And I carry the stupid thing with me all the time.
So I'll make it a new goal for next month: record food more days than not in March. (But I will start today!)
I can do this!!!
