this is a continuation of the last blog, 'energy gone?'
... now when you've got comfortable, start breathing in slowly and concentrate on breathing out.
when you breathe in, gently allow your weight to shift forwards.
when you breathe out, gently allow your weight to shift back to your heels.
when you breathe in, slowly raise your arms, as if from the wrists, back of the hand up, from your sides to about waist height.
when you breathe out, slowly let your arms return to your sides, as if from the wrists.
do this about 3-5 times.
then raise your arms sideways, 'scoop' around to the front, lay your hands on your stomach just below the waist, close your eyes and feel the energy flowing in your body. your position is as described yesterday.
