Today, Spark Coach talked about the importance of weighing in. The thing that I knew, yet still somewhat surprised me, was that they suggest only weighing once per week. I weigh everyday. I know this isn't the best thing to do, and it's a habit I have tried to break. I get frustrated when I see no movement, yet I know in my head that one day isn't always enough time to see numbers changing.
From here on out, I will try to only weigh on Thursdays. Why Thursday? I use the scale at work, and I work each and every Thursday. It's towards the weekend, so I will know what my weekend needs to look like. And face it, I don't want to add one more stress to Mondays!
