Today was very good, the students were good. I am back to tracking food. Three days within calories, the last two days I have controlled my fats, my sodium is usually over, but I do not add salt to my food, carbs are low and cholesterol is usually above the limit because I like two eggs in the morning. I am cutting down, but not eliminating wheat products.

    I was thinking this morning.....so what's going on in the "world of Syd?" You are back in the swiing of healthy, mindful eating. Tracking is a pain, but very telling about the day. emoticon Keep the healthy habits going....and step by step you will reach your goals.

Thanks for the emoticon ....he will have to do as a substitute. Meanwhile, time to get back to recovery.
