It works at times and is really wonderful then, just to be accepying and not having that crazy turmoil in my head trying to figure out the best action to take...

I am not the kind of person that seeks quarrel or go for revenge or even hold grudges that much. True that when I dislike people I do not change my mind easily, but I rarely act on my feelings.

I fight food a lot, trying to find way to control it. And there is a very fine line between trying to control (which I really canīt do) and accepting my addiction and doing the things needed to make it work.

It is crazy at work and I have to leave my car at the workshop at seven this morning - I will get a hook for trailers on it – and before that I have to walk the dog and leave hi at his daycare and itīs half an hours drive there...

    You sound pretty busy, don' let your addiction to food get in your way of succeding. Just knowing you have a food addiiction is the first step in working with it.
