I am a lucky guy

Yesterday, She(WMBO) had a cleaning crew come in and help me get the dust from the renovations cleared. Windows were washed inside and out. Blinds were cleaned.
In the process of cleaning the blinds, several broken slats were found and pointed out. One was inoperable in the down position. "that's Ok, I am going to replace them all."
Today while I was out on my ...
10 MILE RUN
... I got a text. "Take down the blind."
I read it as "blinds" with an "S".
That seems illogical. They were cleaned yesterday. But, WMBO means "Who Must Be Obeyed" and so I obeyed. I took down all the blinds. I put them into the pickup. I was about to head out to the dump around 3:30 (closes at 4:00) when I discovered the flat tire.
On my way over to babysit my grandson my phone rang. "WHERE ARE ALL MY BLINDS???"
I explained that she wanted them down. "I JUST WANTED THE TOTALLY BROKEN ONE DOWN!! DIDN'T IT SEEM ILLOGICAL TO TAKE THEM ALL DOWN WHEN THEY WERE JUST CLEANED YESTERDAY?"
Oops. But hey that flat tire meant that they were all still there. Later she called me to admit that many times she has asked me to do some very illogical things. "Why didn't you call me to confirm?" Honestly that never occurred to me. I just figured this was just another really stupid idea and I would just comply.
I was wrong.
Lucky for me the truck was broke.
