Feeling Great!

It's so important to give your body the fuel it needs and I've been learning that by doing!! The more real, whole, foods I eat, the better I feel. I feel less restricted, more forgiving of myself and more at peace. I'd like to start posting meals on my blog to keep me accountable and share what's helping me feel so good and lose weight since I've made the switch to whole foods.
