Let's get right into it!
Last Week: 337.1
This Week: 338.3
Gained 1.2 pounds
What happened?
-Struggled with food. I went out to eat several times and didn't make the best choices.
-Overate at night (mindlessly).
-I have been sick, which has held me back from getting my sweat on.
Additionally, I think that my scale is getting bad. I plan to change the batteries for last week. I will not prevent this from owning up to my week, but I wanted to write a note.
Next week:
-Back to training (hopefully I can breathe!)
-More focused on my nighttime eating.
-Continue with juices. I have been drinking them for breakfast and it really fills me. I want to continue doing this. Not only is it filling me and delicious, but it is a great source of freggies AND nutrients!
