Today was day 89 of my spark streak of working out at least 10 minutes a day. It's been so much fun and I'm determined to keep it going. I think I need to try some new workouts though to keep my body challenged. I don't think doing the same workout is doing as much as I would like it to.
I tried to vary my resistance on the stair climber today, but I don't want to push it too much because of my rheumatoid arthritis. I've been thinking about trying zumba and maybe more pilates/yoga/barre workouts. Any good suggestions?
