Looking for new workout suggestions...

Today was day 89 of my spark streak of working out at least 10 minutes a day. It's been so much fun and I'm determined to keep it going. I think I need to try some new workouts though to keep my body challenged. I don't think doing the same workout is doing as much as I would like it to.

I tried to vary my resistance on the stair climber today, but I don't want to push it too much because of my rheumatoid arthritis. I've been thinking about trying zumba and maybe more pilates/yoga/barre workouts. Any good suggestions?

    emoticon on your streak! Have you tried any of the SP videos available on the site? Alot of them are only 8-12 minutes long. Good workouts. I used those when I joined the 10-Minute Workout Challenge team. Good luck!

    Have you ever tried swimming ?
Zumba gives a great workout.
Dancing to energetic music gives the same good workout that
Zumba gives.
You can do your dancing at home, to your own music collection.
