Afraid I am losing my motivation

So I am losing my motivation. Last week with moving and all I went to the gym once. And it was a hard workout for me. This week I had two half days at work and told myself I was going to the gym that didn't happen because I chose to sleep instead. I know I need my sleep but come on. I have no energy or motivation this week. Just trying to stay in the fight right now.

    i have similar feelings. i am not always energetic to do more intense exercise or increase my stamina

    Some weeks are like that. Sometimes we need a down week. When I'm like this, instead of doing nothing, I do just a little something. Instead of running or power walking, I just talk my dog on a long regular walk. Half the time I find my energy half way through and pick it up. And the other half of the time I just keep walking. In any case, I'm ready to get back in charge by the next week. Go easy on yourself and do just a little bit, and I bet you'll find your center again.
