My diet was better today and I've gotten myself back up to 30 minutes of cardio. Before vacation I was 3 minutes away from being back up to 45 minutes. Instead of creaping up by 3 minutes a week I put my big girl panties on and I am bumping it up by 5 minutes each day. It hasn't been that long since I was regularly doing 42 minutes of cardio.....but I will use the break as an excuse if I let myself....not gonna let that happen this time. I am feeling great!
