...at work today who is also trying to go sugar free. I think we are going to try to get together for lunch soon to compare notes, "be a support group". Looking forward to it.
I have chronic migraines and other headaches, so I am hoping that after my body gets used to it, my headaches will improve. I hope, I hope. Today I "gave in" and had some crackers and PB but it didn't make my headache get better. She have just taken migraine meds, but it did taste good! Doesn't help being in front of a computer all day either. Perhaps tomorrow I'll take a break and climb a couple flights of stairs-might help a little, or at least burn some calories anyway.
