Hey everyone, so a quick little bit about me! My name is Ryan and I am a college student and I am SO ready to take HUGE steps to a healthier and thinner Ryan!!! I am extremely involved here at school, and I want to be even more involved and do it healthier! I won't tell you much more, but I do want to leave you with my goals for the month of March!
1) STOP drinking Diet Coke and less sweets!
2) Continue running, yesterday I ran a mile without a break and my goal is to get two miles by the end of March!
3) GET UNDER THE 280 POUNDS MARK!
