I wanted to write immediately after my weigh-in but somehow didn't get time to post until now. It is wednesday, the day after.
I lost 2 lbs.
YAY
I noticed that:
* Immediately after coming home from WW meeting, I ate a lot. I had not eaten all morning before weigh-in with fear that that I will show "gain". I had even avoided drinking water.
* I weighed .1 more this morning. The the "lot" of eating with tracking was "ok" because I was still within the daily point range and some extra points were used from allowance.
*I didn't do really good workout today and had lot of struggle to stay OP today! But somehow have managed. I did over-eat veggies in dinner after running out of points.
*water intake was not good at all today :-(

Off to bed with plans for better tomorrow

    First, congratulations on your weight loss. Also, don't be hard on yourself. Everyone has a misstep every now and again. Tomorrow is a new day and you'll be right back on track!
