So tired. So so so tired.
I didn't get any cardio today, but I did do the bootcamp day 6 upper body video. I used lighter weights this time and my shoulders feel okay. We'll see how I feel tomorrow!! I definitely felt the burn in my triceps, holy cow Coach Nicole kicked my butt! I mean my arms!
I need 48 minutes of exercise tomorrow to reach 1000 monthly fitness minutes. My original goal for this month was 500 .. I am shocked that I have reached almost double that with one day to go!!
Not much else to say tonight, I just wanted my 3 points for posting haha!
