I used to have a hard time eating only the calories that I was supposed to when I started using SP. Now I feel like I am eating myself stupid! It is amazing how much food you can eat if you eat healthy foods vs prepared foods and junk foods. I feel so much better! I have not been eating enough each day for a while. I worked on my menu today and I am the closest I have been in a long time to eating healthy foods and get the nutritional values I need. I am not hungry right now but I am having my snack anyway to see if eating closer to the recommended amounts helps me loose wt easier.
As for my exercise I am doing quite well. I like having a schedule and knowing what I need to do for exercise each day. I am feeling muscles in my body that I haven't known were there for years. I am actually beginning to imagine reaching my big goal of weight loss and good health because I am reaching my little goals along the way.
