I found this link in an email today and thought it was very thought provoking for those of us trying to shed pounds the good old fashioned way. I think this article will help me revamp my exercise plan to best fit my goals. Maybe strength training at the gym with some cardio in the middle on Tuesdays and Thursdays? Cardio the rest of the week? Could happen...
