I always seem to be running low on my daily carbs. So when I try to get the last of the carbs I need for the day, I end up going over my fat and/or my calories for the day. Does anyone else have this problem? How do I solve it?

    I guess it would depend on the carb you choose. Fruit wouln't up your fat intake. Try replacing other calories throughout the day with healthy carbs.
