I'm so close to ONEderland that I can taste it - and it tastes gooood.

I've just started my job so I'm a little concerned about my future weigh-ins. I hope to keep up some sort of momentum but I'm afraid of slipping back into my old habits again where I reward a long/hard day of work with junk food. I'm looking to keep better tabs on that sort of behavior this time around. It's time for me to re-enter the real world and deal with the additional obstacles that will surely be laid in front of me.

I can do it!

    You can definitely do it! Try to find another way to reward yourself after a long day at work. A nice relaxing foot soak, polishing your nails, or anything else to pamper yourself! You will be in Onederland in no time!
