Weigh in at work today was a bit Disappointed. I lost a little ole half a pound! But was not among those who have gained this week. Too many off days of exercise has been my downfall.
This week is going to be a get down to business week. I started off with a 30 min session on the treadmill this afternoon. Upped my incline to 2.5 the past two days. Two miles in today again. I didn't really feel like walking today but I did. Goal for tomorrow is to up my speed for 2 min increments and back down for 10 and back up again for 2mins. Need to get some sweating in!!!!!!
Need to watch my eating habits as well this week. Could have been better choices last week. Looking for a bigger loss next week!!
