The Perfect Breakfast

I think I found the perfect breakfast. It's hot oat bran with a little local honey, fresh ground cinnamon, ground chia seeds, and ground flax, and a poached egg on rye toast. I feel full at breakfast and not hungry the rest of the day. I don't have the urge to snack or if I do snack at all it's a lot less. And it's quick to fix too!
