Exercise is my Savior

I swear exercise is the only thing that keeps me sane. Exercise is the only thing that keeps me energized and after last weeks horrible eating exercise was the only thing that kept me fit. I did gain a little weight this week but I can't imagine what would have happened if I hadn't exercised all week on top of the bad eating.
I know I go a little crazy with my exercise sometimes, and for some people it might seem excessive. But seriously I would be such a hag if I didn't workout. I have started giving myself one day off a week, which was harder to do than you could imagine. There is just NO better feeling then the feeling I get after a workout. I guess if I have to have an addiction, exercise isn't the worst one.

    I completely understand there was a time were I loved exercise, then I got knocked off track but I am getting back to it again. I love how great a good workout feels it releases all my stress and gives me energy.

    Exercise is definitely a mood regulator and gives us energy that is much needed on a daily basis. I exercising 5-6 days a week since the begining of this year have been commited to exercising and it makes me feel Amazing inside and out. I have more energy, I feel Great, less stressed, and know I look forward to my excercise routines :)
