People noticed that I was looking thinner, walking better, and generally seemed to LOOK better - those kinds of words always make the day even better. Just talked to one of my aides and she said the kids were pretty good today - so that makes it better still. The final icing on the cake was when I stopped at a grocery store that I don't get to often because it is 2 hours away and they had BLUEBERRIES and STRAWBERRIES on sale - buy one get one free. Both were BIG, very TASTY, and a reasonable price too. BONUS for my eating. I do love berries.

I am tired - this was the fifth part of an AUTISM ACADEMY - they told us we are NOW able to train others and to conduct trainings for other teachers and aides. This was THE MOST INTENSE TRAINING I have ever gone to in all my years of education. Lots of material to process and I almost feel as though I want to shake my brain to help the information settle down.

I am exhausted and although it was a GREAT day, I am almost ready to go to bed.
