Kinda late on my week 2 post.
So week in review...
The Goods=
Drank at least 16 glasses of water each day.
Worked out hard...about 60mins on most days (not including the three 35min ST sessions i did as well)
Tracked calories 4 out 7 days and brought homemade healthy lunches 4 out of 5 days.
The Bads=
I ate out 3x AND major drum roll here - went to the rodeo where everything is deep fried and glorified :(
The latter is what caused me not to lose pounds this week. Im exactly at the same weight I was in Week 1.
Gosh I hate this last part - writing out the numbers...but here we go....
