About two weeks ago I had a set back I got sick. As much as I tried to stay on course while I was sick. I didn't. So I did what you call fell off the wagon. For a week I didn't do anything. I'm still not where I was but I'm trying. I'm back to logging my food and exercising every other day rather than the daily I use to do. I'm back to drinking my water not as much as I should.
The one thing I refuse to do is give up.
